Wantagh is nicer than all the others listed. Although Seaford is basically wantagh as well.

Yes and not sure the prices wont be higher in summer or fall. No inventory!

Of the three, I only considered Bellmore in my house search in 2018. The Bethpage plume southward spread bothered me for Seaford and Massapequa.

or there might be an influx of houses entering the market in say late summer that would have been put on the market in March/April/May/June.
