Bellmore vs Seaford vs Massapequa (East Massapequa, Wantagh: bank owned, short sale, homebuyer)

Wantagh is nicer than all the others listed. Although Seaford is basically wantagh as well.

Bellmore distant 2nd and wouldn’t even consider Massapequa which Has both desirable and undesirable areas.

Of the three, I only considered Bellmore in my house search in 2018. The Bethpage plume southward spread bothered me for Seaford and Massapequa.

East Massapequa has some sketchy areas and a part of it is in Amityville School district
