Corner Property has wrong address, wrong entrance - can't find any info (lenders)

Hi all;
I'm doing research on a corner property but I cannot find any information on https://lrv.nassaucountyny.gov/
When I enter the address number on the listing, nothing is found. When I enter the address next to the property, the neighboring house opposite to this property comes up. I have used different numbers and still no results.
In addition to this, the entire house is blurred on Google Maps. Another thing is the address provided in the listing is not where the main entrance to the house is, the entrance is on the other street. Have used various random numbers on the street where the entrance is as guesstimates and have not found anything either.

What should I make of this? Our offer has been accepted but knowing I cant research the property gives me a weird feeling. Any ideas?

It’s actually very common. I used to do work where. I photographed property’s for banks and lenders. All the time a home would be on corner of John st and nick ave. Front door would be on John st but the house would have nick ave address.

How do you explain then that I cant find information about the property on the mynassauproperty.com site but I find info on the other adjacent addresses.

Found it using the block and lot numbers, that was weird.

You put an offer in on a house without knowing the address?

Believe it or not, I know of a place that has the number "Zero" as the street address. It is on a busy street and the address is painted in full above the door - "Zero Kinsley Street."
