Does anyone have insight on Capri Cove townhouses? Seems very nice but want to know about its finances, is it well managed, anyone arrears in their HOA dues etc. Also how is the atmosphere there, is it social or everyone keep to themselves, is it snooty or friendly/down to earth, etc. As there are a number adult communities in Port, is Capri Cove one of them? If not is Capri Cove children/family friendly? Lastly price range seems to vary quite a bit, from just under $1M to close to $1.5M for 2 bedrooms, is it because of each unit's size?

Any insight , pro/cons , anything not mentioned above would be greatly appreciated! Also any similar alternative to Capri Cove? Looking for a 2 bedroom unit under $1MM that's NOT an adult community.

It's not a 55+ community - all ages accepted

Units 22 and 27 could be in flood zone V for insurance purposes (if mortgaged) - don't know who is responsible for insurance purposes, the Condo or the individual owners. Moot point, since they're not on the market, only unit 18.
