We don't really know. I know they added a shower to a half bathroom and they have a full finished basement. What do you think?

You can go down to the town building department and ask to pull the file on the house , they will tell you what is on the CO. Then you can better access how much of the house is not covered by the existing CO.

What Town?

Well thats the Town of Hempstead Building Department located in Hempstead. Not the friendliest of departments! Pull the records and see what they say.....good luck.

Absolutely do NOT buy any house that is missing ANY COs. It is the seller's responsibility to get them. Do not take on their problems.
