DEC 20 Traffic LI to Boston (Cambridge: to rent, estimates, car)

Does anyone know where I can get this year's prediction of auto traffic over Throgs Neck bridge and route to Boston. I want to rent a car at about 1:00 this Sat afternoon DEC 20 and return to LI on Sun by about 1:00 in afternoon. Usually takes 4 or 5 hours but once on a Friday in October it took 8 hours; there was so much traffic. I've gone into many, many news and traffic sites but couldn't get the info (traffic estimates for this weekend before Christmas).

I would recommed travelling very early morning or late at night. I just came back from Cambridge - took me 6 hours to LI.
