How do I find out the sale price of properties in Suffolk?

Is the info available online?

I know MLSLI has it for 12 months back, but I'm looking further back that that.

Nassau has a web resource. Not sure about Suffolk.

might need an agent to activate account? im not sure.
There are different levels.
I think basic, wont show address, and taxs, maps.
but you can just search mls # on mlsli.com

an agent activating the account, you can see price change history of house, days on market, taxs, location, adress, map...

Yes, for more complete information on Listingbook.com you need to sign up through an agent. It does give you a lot of information though, as mentioned here - more than any other site.

Less complete info can also be found on www.domania.com
I believe they go back to 1986 or so...
