I know of the obvious -Raymour and Flannigan, Thomasville.... but does anyone know of a place with a nice selection of dining room tables?

Also, can anyone give me advice on Peter Andrews? Do they have a good reputation? I read one bad review online and wanted to klnow if it was an isolated incident...They have living room furniture I liked.

Thanks

Peter Andrews has a great rep. i have bought a few pieces from there and have never had a problem. They are a bit pricey only becasue they carry better things. There is a place on RT110. I believe it is called Tiffany. Same side of the street as Adventure Land. It is actually next to the old Raymore location. I know people who swear by it. You can really haggle with them. They can basically get you anything for a cheaper price. If you see something at another store go to Tiffany and tell them. They will find it in the catalog if it is not in the store and will beat the other price. I also like The Place.

If you like Ashley Furniture, I have a guy who is a direct dealer.
You can basically kiss the franchise upcharge goodbye.

I picked out all my furniture at Ashleys.. Took the model numbers down, then brought them to my guy.

The pricing structure was as follows:

Monoco Dining room set w/ full china:
ASHLEY: $3600
DIRECT: $2900

Dark Walnut Italian leather Sofa & loveseat:
ASHLEY: $1700
DIRECT: $1299

North Shore bedroom set (bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, mirrror)
ASHLEY: $3600
DIRECT: $2900

Plus, Ashley wanted $350 for delivery & setup. I paid $100 for both at my place.
