I imagine most areas in so cal, arizona, and so on would get it.
As a side note, I'm amazed that for the most part there are more hispanic
speaking FM stations than there are English ones in the Central Valley and So Cal. I expected a few, but the majority?

you know i dont really know french. my sister took it in high school, while i took the only foreign language they offered at mine (spanish) but sometimes i like to pretend i do. and i think you are asking if i am sad about other world languages not being on tv? or if i would prefer that? or something about other languages and never enlish in the US? i dont quite know. i do the same with latin. but its harder. if it were portuguese i could translate better. but am i close? sorry to say i am only bilingual. its funny how autres sounds like otros, and jamais is like jamas. and triste is triste. wow. i really need to learn another language. maybe romanian. or italiano. japanese?

Score. Now you know what it's like to have the language of a foreign country popping up in a place where every other American would expect to encounter the English language.
