OK, I know this has probably already been posted before but oh well. I am moving to LA in June and need to find a house for my family to live in (husband, son and I). Schools will be an issue, so we'd like to stay out of the LA County School district. We are looking at Redondo Beach, Burbank, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Calabasas…I have been trolling around Craig's List, but am finding nothing but apartments. I am only looking for houses our townhomes. We can pay up to $2500. House does not have to be big (2/1 or 3/1). Are there any links that you would suggest we use for research? Also, we have a small dog and a cat - that appears to be an issue…Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OK. Other than Craig's list, is there another site? I don't want to pay for Westside Rentals.

Do not sign any contracts till you see the home first. Many who sign site unseen are disappointed.

I own my own business - so I work from home. My husband telecommutes. So, location is not an issue.
