studio city, maybe sherman oaks. nowhere else in the valley has anywhere near the action that those two neighborhoods have.

Can you provide a better idea of where these six offices are, when you think you'll be there, when you think you'll be commuting, and how much driving you'll be doing?

Thanks for the info. I know address of 4 offices, Reseda, Camoga Park, Simi Valley and Chattsworth. Not sure of the other ones. The job requires a lot of driving around from site to site all through the week. I would rather have a little more of a commute then be in a boring area. Hope that helps-

Maybe Woodland Hills/Warner Center/Calabasas. If you want significantly more excitement then probably Studio City??? but that is more than a little bit more commute. Encino?

Probably, but you really need to think about that commute. There's lots of traffic on the 101. It might not be worth it.

Does the traffic die down maybe after 9 or 10 am? Then pick up again from 3ish to 6 ish... or is it a parking lot all day long?

I can give you a lot of good info on the Valley. Studio City and Sherman Oaks are by far the best areas for a younger single person. If you are renting, stay between the 101 Freeway and Ventura Blvd (or south of the Blvd. is ok as well). Between Sherman Oaks and Studio City, there are tons of restaurants, a decent amount of bars, and a few clubs. Studio City is a bit more expensive because it is a heavy Hollywood scene neighborhood now.
