Prices are down 35% in the Antelope Valley and falling no end in sight.Banks are now trying to sell REOS for 35% to 50% off and no one buying.I see a bottom in prices at 60% off in a year or 2.Prices fall in the outer suburbs first and work their way inwards so lower prices are coming soon to hood near you.
