I am looking for a reputable pet carrier that will pick up my four dogs, possibly two, from Bakersfield and take them to their scheduled flight to Boston. They are small dogs..two have flown before. We are driving across country and think this would be the best way to go. Thanks.

If they must fly bellow the cabin, I would not fly them out. There have been many unreported pet deaths on flights. There are websites that tell you where you can stay with your dogs in each state. I know it's not as convenient, but it is a real risk for your dogs, unless they can fly in the cabin.

If you have small dogs, wouldnt it be better it you took them with you? I dont know if I trust any air carrier with my dogs. I've heard too many horror stories.

I definetly understand your concerns, but I have used Delta twice and everything was great. I just think it would be a little crazy driving from California to Boston in a Jeep with my son and husband and four dogs.
