I think it's bad business sense doing that, personally as a guy I'd rather have a waitress or female bartender that wasn't that good looking but knew what she was doing and polite versus one that 'looked good' but gave poor service.

It's kind of lame going to a bar and hitting on or trying to pick up on the bartender ,especially if she's good looking guys are going to be all over her 24/7.

I agree, and your standard bars will go for less attractive but more experienced/better personality.

But those trendy nightclubs will employ any model idiot who only knows how to make a vodka soda.

Get beyond a two ingredient drink - heck, even a martini, and it gets too complicated.

Do we even know if the OP is female?

I mean, what if OP is a he, should he still look into getting a big rack?

If you can whip up a proper Ramos Fizz, I'll be loyal to you.

Book's much better than the movie, IMO. I thought Brad Pitt made for a terrible Tyler Durden, among other criticisms. But the scene depicted here was certainly good for a laugh (and I still consider myself a fan of the movie, mostly out of respect for the book/Palahniuk in general)
