Is there now a car chase on television every single night lately? I just wanted to watch the local news, now I'm watching a car driving down the freeway, without anything else happening. Whoopdeedooo...

CHP is trying to clear the store? Why aren't the real police taking care of this?

They're always going on. Lol some of them are pretty interesting especially when they end by your backyard.

Yea, it stinks when you settle in after work to watch the day's news, and you end up staring at some clown driving around and around and around.

Channel 4 had a baseball game, and 2 and 7 both had the pursuit. So no evening news yesterday. Stations should take turns broadcasting pursuits.

I remember 15 years ago watching a squadron of news helicopters flying south above the Harbor freeway to the next chase on a regular basis. Now that I over look the San Diego freeway it is the Marine One squadron, but that has slowed down during the last two years

Ummm...isn't the CHP Californias equivalent to a State Police? You know....highest ranking IN the state....with jurisdiction anywhere? What elsewhere might be called "Smokey" or "Trooper", here we call them "Chippies".

How is that not a real police?

Welcome to Los Angeles, there is usually car chase multiple times a day and often it's shown on tv daily but not always.
