By any chance do any of you live in San Pedro? I checked Craigslist and Zillow for since and only found 1 apartment like this but it was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Is it difficult to find a 1b1b apartment in San Pedro near the within walking distance of the aquarium and the beach that's under $1900?? Nearly all the apartments I have found online are not in that area but I know when I've been over there that there were a decent amount of apartments

Best to just drive around the neighborhood you are looking at. You'll find management company sign and you can see if they have other buildings with vacancies.

I know that, I'm just hoping to hear from someone on here that it's not a rare occurrence.

IS there an aquarium in San Pedro? I know there's one in Long Beach. The Coastal areas of San Pedro aren't great. It's the older area and has issues with gangs and crime. The south end is nicer, but it is more single family homes.

There are some townhomes and apartments in NW San Pedro that are pretty decent and seem to have ok prices. Around Western and Summerland. If you look on a site like hotpads you can see what is available.

Oh I just looked it up. The Cabrillo aquarium. Ive never heard of it. The Korean Friendship bell is down there and has a small aquatic center with seals and things. It is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon.
