Things are looking exciting for both neighborhoods. There's 52 major projects going on now in koreatown alone including 13 towers some of which will be 400+ ft tall. Majority of the projects are 6-7 stories mixed used development. LA's densest neighborhood is getting a whole lot denser!

Hollywood is going through a similar boom with 34 similar projects in the works. 15 of them will be towers some well over 500 ft in height. I'm really excited to see how this transforms the skylines in the coming years. The view from the Hollywood hills of Hollywood, koreatown, and downtown in descending order is going to be getting much better. I can't wait to see those shots of the city come the 2028 Olympics.
