Try craigslist: los angeles classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events. You may also want to try the Culver Hotel if you need to leave immediately.

I like Culver City a lot but I wouldn't exactly describe it as an Indian neighbourhood. (With the partial exception of Artesia I wouldn't describe anywhere in the LA area as an Indian neighbourhood.) From Census 2000 I get 725 Indians in Culver City, out of a population of 38,816.

Default Culver City

I am in a similar situation, am Indian, have recently moved to Santa Monica and want to find a family friendly neighborhood .
Culver City seems to be the place. Many of my colleagues have told me it is affordable, close to shopping and is cosmopolitan/multi-cultural.
Hope you find a suitable apartment.

Do you know if the Mentone Ave, Motor Ave is a good residential location. I am thinking of renting out apartments in these locations.

Thanks in advance.
