It already rained enough (even though way below average) for grass to grow in the local mountains...weird having Santa Ana Winds in January as well and way too warm weather. Fire threat is real for those in the mountains, and foothill canyon areas...will see how it plays out...

Not really. It confuses my olive trees and they get out of sync with the season, which is why they don't produce olives anymore.

You want them to produce olives?? We had olive trees when I grew up, and the fruit was a massive pain in the neck.

Indeed, it stains a bit when it lands on brickwork and such.

Yes, just a bit (!). And you have to keep sweeping them up and throwing them away, and they don't really smell that great either.

The problem with the sunny beautiful 75F days in winter is I need to close my blinds because the glare ruins my TV watching all day.
