I sent two packages last week -

Package one arrived after being tampered with (the card was on top of the very heavy items and when it arrived it was on the bottom (no way it could have moved from top to bottom - no way), the contents were broken and most of the packing paper was gone) and the second package has yet to arrive.

I mailed the second one to my sister and it usually takes 4 days to arrive and Friday will be the 9th postal delivery day. I did not use insurance or tracking because these were inexpenisve silly items and I didn't not care how many days it took to arrive. But I would have liked them to arrive in the same condition I mailed them!!! I assume the first package was opened from the bottom of the box and the contents were taken out and then replaced and broken on purpose because they thought they were going to find something of value with such a small heavy box.

Anyone know how to make a formal complaint against the Century City post office in the mall? Anyone else have problems?

I use to work at UPS. Not sure if you sent it through them but from the inside I can tell you people are worked like slaves and the pay is very low which in turn causes people to throw packages around uncaring and to sometimes throw packages OVER the fence so they can retrieve the contents after work to supplement there income. A stolen Ipod on the street can feed your family for a week or so.

Real deal, next time rap all your stuff in a solid, plain Jane, non descrip box, then insure it along with SIG confirmation. My mom did this to send me the laptop I'm using right now...
