I know of many; none of them good. Every one I have ever used has missed something major and then they refuse to make good on their error.
I'd love to have the name and number of a good one.

Although I don't have any other home inspector to compare to, I did hire Jim Turner literally just a couple days ago to inspect the house I'm buying in Phillips Ranch (Pomona).

While I wasn't there to attend the inspection, my dad was and he was impressed with how thorough he was. All in all, he spent nearly 3 hours at the property. The 50+ page report was completed that night and was emailed the following morning.

No business connection of any sort here; just that I'm satisfied with the inspection.
