Try Alpine Village in Torrance - they have everything including a bakery and deli.

There is supposed to be a German grocery in Van Nuys.

There is a Russian market in Encino on Ventura Blvd. The pastries are great. And there are Rusian stores in West Hollywood.

I know there is a Dutch food store in maybe Santa Fe Springs or near there.

Here are some links to German food outlets in LA.

German Cold Cuts International immediately west of the Promenade in Woodland Hills, west side of Topanga between Erwin and Calvert. I can remember it from the 1970s.

With just a touch of uber alles - if it weren't, then it would be downright UN-German!
