Default How's Your Neighborhood Council ?

Hey All,
I live in Council District 2 and Wendy Greuel is our LA City Council Rep. She and our Sunland -Tujunga Neighborhood Council (STNC) has been very instrumental over her term here in improving the quality of life in our little corner of Los Angeles.
The decrease in graffiti , trash, and drugs , at the very least around here has improved greatly and even Building and Safety has become more accountable in our area as developers try to shove their way past our town full of "old timers".

What does the "rest" of LA have to say about the good , the bad, and the ugly experiences with their Neighborhood Councils ?
