My husband has been asked to consider a job relocation from the UK to LA. I am concerned as we have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and wonder how I will cope as a stay at home mum in a new place whilst my husband works all day.

Would appreciate any comments on schooling, crime, best places to live (especially as I'm not a fan of urban life!), whats going on there, why I should/shouldn't move etc.

Thanks, Jodi

You need to be more specific. Where is hubby's job? What sort of income is he going to be making? Is his company offering to pay for relocation and housing costs? What sort of rent/mortgage are you considering?

Artie

It really depends on where he will be working because the L.A. region is so sprawling. I hope they give him a big housing allowance! You guys will need it!
