hi there everyone. my 1st cuzon is married to an american and i was wondering if i would need a visa still ? he now lives in amarica and so does a few of my other cuzons. does that mean i dont need a visa? i am looking to move to studio city .

Two categories:

It is easy if you are the spouse, widow, or under 21-year old child of an American.

It is a bit more difficult if you are an over 21-year old child, a grandchild, a brother, a sister, a niece or a nephew of an American.

But just being a cousin of someone married to an American doesn't count.
