I am looking at buying a condo in Louisville and have a few questions about the area. The condo is located on Lake Avenue I would like to know if this is a safe area. Also, if you know anything about the condos or the area please share.

It is as safe as any where in the city. As a pro-Realtor, I can not advise the purchase of a condo, but with very rare exception. Too many people control your properties value without your input. Otherwise, the condos on Lake with the exception of the power lines are very well constructed overall.
