The proposed project, which named the Lofts at Mercer Landing II, would include a four-story facility with 96 loft-style apartment units and 306 beds, as well as a five-story 320-space parking deck.

This is Great news, and to be honest this Dense type of building is the way to go! Macon is truly becoming a Loft City when it comes to new housing construction!!!
