Isn't that odd. Seems like that would be very unfair to someone who had a house on its last leg but a great deal for someone like you with a new, sturdier than average house.

Wife and I have been thinking about the Waterville/Skowhegan/Winslow/Oakland are of Maine for a move. Want to get up there in person and check it out though. Going to connect with a realtor there.
