My family is homeless in Columbia, Maryland and we have been helped with a housing certificate for $600. We have been in contact with the Howard County Executive, Ken Ulman, as the housing application was a two month process but we have been displaced from Baltimore City since early November. I have terrible credit but have to let my pride down at this time as my wife has rheumotoid arthritis and I am handling it all. If there is anyone out there that has property and would be willing to give my family a chance I would love to have the chance to prove my work ethic as well as my dependability in paying my monthly rent.
