Is anyone on here an airbnb host in Annapolis/Bmore area? If so, what is the cleaning/prep process for incoming guests? Do you hire out? Do you clean your own? What's the average price you're willing to pay for a service? Any companies you already use? Is airbnb in Annapolis/Baltimore a good side business for turists? Or, is it mainly summer/seasonal?

I have rented my property out in Annapolis for commissioning week (USNA graduation). 1700sqft townhome. Up charged $100 to cover some of the cost of cleaning service ($150). My one piece of advice, have it professionally cleaned after guests stay, trust me! Only popular seasonally in the Annapolis area.

I don't know about AirBnB but the people I know here who have vacation rentals almost all have professional cleaners after every guest stay. I don't know what they pay.

I don't know prices but I have learned from airbnb hosts that the irregular frequency of the stays and the irregularity of the number of rooms used is an issue with finding cleaners. Cleaners need to be able to be very flexible to accommodate airbnb needs.
