I was looking at possibly purchasing a home in deep creek. In looking at the listings it looks around 300 to 500k for a good property. It would be something we would rent out. Are properties here easy to break even on with rentals? Meaning is rental activity enough to pay the mortgage and utilities every month. Even on a high end property?

Does anybody have experience there owning and renting out a big home?
