Default Anyone have experience living in ATL and Maryland Suburbs?

For those of you who have lived in the Atlanta area and the Maryland suburbs (especially around DC and/or between Balt. and DC),

Can you compare the two areas in terms of:

1. Cultural offerings (Intown entertainment, ethnic restaurants, museums)

2. Traffic (Highway and Non-Highway)

3. Overall Quality of Life

4. Make-up of population (Do the American-born people tend to be more northeastern or southern in nature in MD?)

5. Climate (I'm assuming this is a marginal difference)
