All depends on what you are seeking. Married? Kids? Lifestyle? Type of community you want? Want to own or rent?

I want to rent -- A Studio preferably . I want to be close enough to Attleboro to commute ( around 30 min ) and be able to enjoy the weekends near Providence.

Well Attleboro and Providence are 15 miles apart, so you could live in either one. Providence is a big city, Attleboro is sleepier. Attleboro has some sketchy areas, but nowhere near as bad as the worst of Providence. Plenty of apartments in both, Providence is typically cheaper (although you will make up for that in higher auto taxes and insurance. Looking for a studio I assume you are single, in which Attleboro would be boring if by any chance you are looking for any kind of entertainment. Pawtucket is in between the two and there is no reason for you to opt for there.

You forgot "not" before "to opt for there." Riverfront Lofts, Slater Cotton Mill, Hope Artiste Village are all good places for a young professional to start looking.

Quoted again to reiterate the point. Providence is, if located in the right neighborhood, an excellent city and a relative bargain. Attleboro is, in contrast, a cultural wasteland. Whatever you do, avoid Taunton ... which is, in my opinion, one of the most depressing places in the entire state.

If your single or don't have any kids go to a nicer neighborhood in Providence. Attleboro is nothing but an average suburb. Pawtucket is all locals who have never moved out of the area. Don't get me wrong I've had a good time in both, but stay towards Providence.
