I'm curious if any one has any thoughts on what would be reasonable rent for an apartment along Route 128? My back story is that I'm currently living in along 128 in a single bedroom apartment with off street parking for the past few years, but my landlord has been slowly increasing my rent year to year. I've been out of the market for a while so I don't have a good idea of what is fair or reasonable. I grumble at the rent increase, but feel that there isn't any other good rental options at the moment.
