While this may be true please consider that you will be moving to a climate that has a 6 month winter, so you and your family will be spending MUCH more time inside than you are used to (probably).

Another fun fact about Acton is that it is home to one of the few co-housing communities in Massachusetts outside Amherst and the Cape. I guess that raises our crunch factor a bit.
