No, Concord Mews has 88 units out of 350 that are designated affordable. The market rate units are very expensive. However since it's a rental complex, all 350 units count as affordable under the state's 40b law. This significantly helped Concord meet its 10% affordable housing goal.

I don't understand why all the units count towards the 10% but then again I'm not a lawmaker.

Didn't Concord at one time try to count the beds at MCI as affordable?
