Hi all. Price: Keeping within a range of $250,000 - $350,000. Really cannot afford to go over 350,000.. I know, I know.. but hey I am coming back up from Florida!Home Type: Not picky at all. House, Condo and Town House really would all workSchools: Empty Nestor, so a town with bad schools would not be that bad.Distance: No longer than 40 minutes by car into Boston. Preferably near a T or Commuter Rail Stop. Crime: As long as it is not Mattapan, Brockton or Chelsea (Is Chelsea Even bad anymore?)... Just not a BAD area for crime.

Wakefield might be a good fit, but it’s gotten expensive. Check Andover- They have nice apartments at a reasonable price close to downtown. Demand for apartments and condos seems very low in town- Huge disparity between single families and condos.

Are you commuting to downtown Boston? Where in downtown Boston, if it's near north station you want to look on the north side. If it's near south station or back bay you want to look at the southern side.

I dont think I will be commuting to Boston, as I know of. My husband will be most likely working in either Dorchester/Quincy/Dedham/Braintree area. Somewhere around 128.
