Exactly. The Police have already done the hard work in catching the criminal that just so happens to also be an illegal alien so it makes no sense at all for the liberal judges to just let these people go.



I wonder how willing the liberals would be to let these criminal illegals go back into society if it was shown to them that the criminal is very likely to go back to his ways once released? I wonder how close to home the criminal actions would have to be to make them take notice and start working with ICE to get these people deported? The problem is what often happens is the illegal alien that was caught and then released to avoid ICE often goes back to the immigrant community to carry on with his crimes or he simply moves to another area of the country.



It is not that hard for law enforcement agencies to work together after all they are all on the same team but the problem is that politics gets in the way.

It makes no sense to protect an illegal alien that has already violated our basic immigration laws to be protected when they go on to break laws that govern our society. The people that are most often hurt by this are other immigrants both legal and not. The Left just doesn't seem to care.

Especially when a LEGAL immigrant would be deported for a crime. Just because they obeyed the laws, paid the fees, filled in the forms, got their vaccines, had their background checked...they are on a five year probation once they get their green card. Why do ILLEGALS have more rights? They can get free health care when Americans can't get health care and they can commit crimes when Legal immigrants can't. What a deal! Just be illegal!
