We live in Sherborn and I can tell you after living in several MetroWest towns, it is my favorite hands down, but it's not for everyone. I love it because it's peaceful, quiet, and the town has done a great job protecting open space. Plus there's Farm Pond for sailing & swimming (no motorboats, yay!) Some people might find it too sleepy but not me. It's just up the street from the Mass Pike so pretty easy access (unless you need to commute along Rt 495 & then it's a hassle.)

Further north, I also adore Concord. There's so much to do there - biking, hiking, arts center, swimming, shops, historic sites, great parks, etc, and the town center is just lovely.
