I would like to change the tires on my Mazda CX-9. What are some good all-season tires that would work well? I was looking for the right tires on autofiles.com. I would like to see advice on the selection of the right tires and those that best suit my car.

Yes. If you pump in your vehicle make and model (will likely ask you your trim level, too) and the current tire size the site will make recommendations for it.

Then you'll have to read the descriptions, tire ratings, etc. and make a decision.

Personally, we've been using Yokohamas on both the 2010 Forester and F150 (they came standard on the 2010 Forester, the tire model is Avid Ascend, while on the F150 I replaced the OEM Michelins with Geolanders, which are a truck specific tire). The Avids seem to last forever and are good across the spectrum.

The 2021 Forester came with Bridgestones. So far there are no issues but it only has 12,000 miles on it.

Not sure Germany will have same availability as USA tirerack.com

Find some local car enthusiasts who know your weather, terrain, driving style, vehicle. There are plenty of car shows this time of year, ask around.

I gravitate to Michelin, Continental, or Yokahama. Occasionally, Nokiaan for adverse weather tires.

I've used the Yokohama Avid on an Odyssey and they were great for about 20K, then they got so noisy I had to replace them before they wore out.

The original set on the 2010 Forester went 120,000 miles (yes you read that right, don't judge me) and still had at least another 20,000 miles of tread on them, the wear bars weren't even showing. They were replaced because they'd aged out.

The replacement set have 75,000 on them and, again, are slated to be replaced due to aging out.

The tires I've never had any luck with, whether OEM or replacement, are Michelins. The ones on the F150 I mentioned earlier were worn out at 25,000. On other vehicles it's been a combination of excessive wear or poor handling.
