Hi! We are trying to sell our house in Cordova - moving to Wisconsin at the end of May. We are looking to switch realtors as we are unhappy with our current one. This may seem strange, but a few people have told me that there is a realtor (Crye-Leike, I believe) that will actually buy your house if she doesn't sell it in a month. Has anyone heard of that or know who she is? And if not, do you know of a good seller?! We're getting desperate, its getting so close to our move!

Be very careful with the "we will buy your house if it doesn't sell" deals I can tell you that Cordova is a very hard sell right. There is a huge amount of inventory - look at all those "for sale" signs, and the few buyers sense the desparation of sellers. If your house is not in optimum condition, and price very competitively, there is a very slim chance that it will even show, much less sell. Good luck.
