Lithium Orotate (**NOT Lithium Carbonate**) (depression, pain, take, long)

Lithium Orotate...who here takes it? A few nights ago on Coast 2 Coast a guest was talking about taking this for depression, and frequently stated it's yet another solution big pharmaceuticals don't want people to be aware of.

Yes, this is an old post, but I just posted in Alt Med that I'm going to start it. Low dose 5mg and will be trying it for a LOW mood due to pain from arthritis. I've known about it for a long time but never felt a need to work with it. I posted 2 links in Alt Med.

When I want to read some reviews of those taking L.O. I often check Amazon and found a lot with reporting good results...and NO they are not made up by Amazon.
