You have got to get some help to get some distance and then some knowledge about your options. Also, from a legal standpoint, you will be responsible for all her spending and dysfunctional choices as long as you are married. My Son spend a few years in prison, because his girlfriend wrote hot checks, and both their names were on the account. Scarey stuff happens to nice people that sacrifice their lives needlessly to "help" someone else. Don't keep volunteering to be the victim. You've put you time and energy into trying to help....now help yourself....Get the heck out asap, and file.
