Anyone else try this or can make any suggestions about it? Maybe I can take 4 in the AM, to make up for the lack of effectiveness, if I am not spreading them apart.
I have hard enough of a time, remembering to take this one medication, 2 times a day.

Do you have a pharmacist who can advise you? We're just random people on the web... My opinion is that it's far better to follow the directions on the bottle than to wing it on doses, but a pharmacist could give you a better idea of how to optimize whatever you're taking.

I do this. I take them all at bedtime. I don't know if it's better this way, but I'm lucky if I remember to even take the daily dose, so multiple doses just isn't going to work for me. I've read other people who do this as well.

The idea with St John's Wort is to keep a fairly constant amount in your system all the time, which is why the divided dosages are supposed to be followed. Taking them all at one time defeats the purpose of the consistency.
