O.k. i have drank Green Tea for years as i just luv the stuff. But i'm quitting as i have read that it contains Flouride in it. So i need something to help in the morning as i get up at 4.00 A.M. 6 days a week and head to the gym by 5.00 to pump iron. But i'm dragging without my tea so is there something that anyone on here likes that's caffeine free and can wake you up for those early morning workouts.

Thanks....

Fluoride in green tea? Every brand of green tea? even decaffeinated? How about other teas?

Yikes.

I looked at my bag of green tea, the only ingridient listed was "green tea"?

Where did you read about Fluoride??
