Ok, so some of you guys have read my stuff online. had some mental health stuff going on, got recently diagnosed by a clinical phycologist for the one millionth time, for once in a long time I went through a month long evaluation because the doctor was severly worried about me. I got recently diagnosed with BPD and PTSD and among others but don't want to get into that. but to me, this is bascically music that sums up PTSD

https://youtu.be/B6D2_MK1tjU

This basically sums up PTSD, the restless nights full of stress, cant stop thinking about the people who said awful echoing words to you, the punches and hits received constantly. I actually feel like sometimes I'm getting attacked by those people to this day.

It's a soundtrack from nightmare on elm street

Man. I don't think I can listen. Seems very painful. I am not asking you to go where you don't want to I am just curious by BPD do you mean Bipolar Disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder?

I am sorry you were beat up so badly that it gave you PTSD. I have a relative that had the same issue from his father, but never addressed it. He just drank it away and then quit drinking and 'sucks it up'. His brother did therapy.

Borderline personality, the reason why I chose this soundtrack was because the beat goes with the feeling fo your heart beating faster when distressed by the memory. its not just mental and hurting your emotions and feelings, it also hurts you physically.
