Why don't you go down and find out? Might be pleasantly surprised, then again the house may no longer be standing. Or you could have squatters who will be impossible to get out unless you have someone you trust living in it now. Don't expect strangers on the internet to do the things for you that you must do yourself. A flight to CDMX isn't that expensive and that area is not that far away in an Uber from the airport.
