PJ

Last time I was in MB, some 10 years ago, the place was packed with "Gelaterias" and those places where they sell Frapuccinos for 10 bucks.

Did you say that you know how to bake?

I did not see any real Italian "pizza al taglio" or "pizzeria rustica" there, I'm not talking about American pizza slides. A good thing would be to have one of those Italian cafeterias where you can drink capuccinos and eat those little round pizzas, focaccias, pizza al taglio, etc, just like those places you have in Rome and elsewhere.

Then you just have to be the best one and defeat your competitors.
