This is sure getting out of hand. All these hit and run either the driver was drunk, or no insurance or license. I think these hit and run cases need to be taken seriously. Throw a book at the driver
life in jail or death maybe people will take hit and run more serious.

We feel much the same way when we hear the family of people who do things like this say "but he's/she's such a good kid/person/etc!" Just the other day when we heard about this guy getting shot having a long rap sheet. Family members said:
