My wife and I are looking to move to the Miami-Dade area. We are looking to purchase a home around $200,000. I will be traveling for work through out the area. So where is the best area to start our search?

When you say you will be traveling throughout the area, do you mean just Miami-Dade, or does that include Broward and Palm Beach Counties? Also I think you need to give us a little more info than just 200k, like 3bed, lifestyle, beach no beach, etc.

Good luck finding anything decent or in a nice neighborhood for $200,000. I am in the process of moving out of Miami because it is way to expensive. Be very very cautious of the neighborhood you move to because Miami is known for having really bad ghettos right next to really nice neighborhoods. I wouldn't suggest moving here if you would like to have a nice life
