Those are drum circles. Most of them are just a bunch of hippies and hipsters smoking pot. But they're are some great drum circles organized by guys that have been doing them since the 60's/70's and younger local musicians. Real neat.

Ok, so after months of research this is what I could gather, so far:

Fashion: Aztec/ Native American Print, Seapunk Fashion, Nu-Goth fashion
Music: Chillwave, Witchhouse, ElectroGaze revival, Synthpop revival, brostep, dubstep, and Harsh Noise is also making a comeback
Urban Tribes: Not real urban tribes here, only residues from the 90's youth culture.

Any new urban tribe that I haven't heard about? (I graduated from high school when emos were at their height)
Any info regarding youth culture in MIAMI is welcomed

I'm feeling old and want to enjoy whatever I have left of my youth days...
Last I heard and saw, the "in" thing with Miami youngsters is the whole hipster-electric-dance craze thing. They dress like hipsters in combination with 90s fashion and dance to electro music. That's why there is so much of it coming out now with the music industry. I think Pitbull helped to put it on the map again. There is also the drug music like Wiz Khalifa that influenced the fashion and craze. Personally, I think it all looks ugly. It just doesn't seem classy. I'm around the age of some of these kids and I don't identify with them at all.
